Production is complete and in the hands of our shipping operator. Due to the customs challenges, this may take up to 30 days from May 18th to receive your bag.

If you ordered before April 10th, 2026 - your item is on its way to the US via air courier services. All other items are shipping by sea.

All non-custom bags have the option a refund at the 120 day mark from close of pre-orders.
Please note that pre-order timelines may occasionally extend beyond our standard 90-day timeframe due to ongoing global shipping, customs, and tariff-related delays impacting international logistics.
