Your pre-order supports thoughtful craftsmanship from design to delivery, allowing each piece to be carefully produced, inspected, packaged, and shipped directly to you with attention to every detail.
All non-custom bags have the option a refund at the 120 day mark from close of pre-orders.
Please note that pre-order timelines may occasionally extend beyond our standard 90-day timeframe due to ongoing global shipping, customs, and tariff-related delays impacting international logistics.
